Exploration of Supply Chain Management Talent Training Based on Industry-university Collaboration

产教融合是新工科建设的重要内容,产学协同模式作为深度的产教融合内容成为研究的热点问题。文章从理论研究与实践探索两个方面展开。通过将协同论和人才培养相结合,在学生、学校、产业人才培养利益共同体基础上,提出了产学协同的人才培养模式。结合信息管理专业建设实践,构建基于产学协同的供应链管理人才培养体系,开展了产教融合的应用型人才培养探索。

The integration of industry-education is an important content of new engineering construction, the model of industry-university collaboration has become a hot topic in research. This paper carries out the research from two aspects of theoretical research and practical exploration. This paper proposes a interest community of talent training including students, schools and industrial. By combining the synergetic theory with talent training, the talent training mode of industry-university collaboration is put forward on the basis of the interest community of talent training. Combined with the practice of information management major construction, this paper constructs the supply chain management talent training system based on the industry-university collaboration, and carries out the exploration of application-oriented personnel training.
