摘要
针对现代配电网巡检机器人导航控制问题,提出了基于人工智能的配网智能方式机器人。对文中所设计的机器人结构设计进行分析,机器人箱体主要包括滑轮机构和巡检作业箱体;分析配网机器人的总体设计,结合巡检机器人航迹推算的方法,设计巡检机器人在配电网工作过程中的运行轨迹,标定机器人区域路标;设计智能传感巡检模块,主要包括视频识别、红外热测温系统、空间定向拾音系统、系统图像识别等。通过实际分析表明,此机器人的运行轨迹良好,能够规避障碍,并且图像处理结果良好。
Aiming at the problem of navigation and control of modern distribution network inspection robot,an intelligent distribution network robot based on artificial intelligence is proposed.The robot structure design designed in this paper is analyzed.The robot box mainly includes pulley mechanism and inspection operation box.The overall design of distribution network robot is analyzed.Combined with the method of track calculation of inspection robot,the operation track of inspection robot in the process of distribution network work is designed,and the road sign of robot area is calibrated.The intelligent sensor inspection is designed inspection module mainly includes video recognition,infrared thermometry system,spatial directional pickup system,system image recognition,etc.Through practical analysis,it shows that the robot has a good trajectory,can avoid obstacles,and the image processing results are good.
