摘要
西非贝宁三城市供水项目周边天然河砂细度模数小,人工砂亦无合格砂料可用。为保证混凝土施工的顺利进行,项目部结合当地天然细河砂及由人工骨料加工的尾矿砂颗粒的组成特性,设计出由天然河砂与尾矿砂筛余料掺配成的优质砂,经过混凝土配合比试验论证,其结果表明:由该混合砂配制出的混凝土品质和施工特性优于由纯天然细河砂配制出的混凝土,能够满足施工要求。
The fineness module of natural river sand around the three municipal water supply projects in Benin,West Africa is small,and there is no qualified material available for processing artificial sand.To ensure smooth construction of concrete,the project management department proposed a kind of high-quality sand made of natural river sand and residue sieved from tailing sand after studying the characteristics of the tailing sand particles processed from natural river sand and artificial aggregate.Experiments on concrete mix ratio verify that the quality and performance of concrete made of mixed sand are better than those made of pure natural fine river sand,and it can meet the construction requirements.
