摘要
通过配制不同粉煤灰掺量、不同水胶比的抗冲磨混凝土,研究粉煤灰对抗冲磨混凝土力学性能、耐久性能、抗冲磨性能及混凝土温度变化的影响,证明掺入粉煤灰可以改善抗冲磨混凝土抗渗性能、降低水化热,方便现场快速施工,但不利于抗压、抗冲磨、抗冻性能。经过巴塘水电站过流面抗冲磨混凝土工程实践验证,C35抗冲磨混凝土抗冲磨性能以28 d为龄期时,粉煤灰掺量在15%以内为宜。
Through preparation of anti-abrasion concrete with different fly ash content and different water binder ratio,this paper studies the influence of fly ash on mechanical property,durability,anti-abrasion property and temperature variation of anti-abrasion concrete.The test results show that adding fly ash can improve the anti-permeability performance of anti-abrasion concrete,reduce hydration heat,facilitate rapid construction on site,but not advantageous to compressive property,anti-abrasion property and frost resistance performance.Engineering practice of anti-abrasion concrete applied in over flow section of Batang Hydropower Station verifies that it is proper to control the content of fly ash within 15%when the anti-abrasion performance of C35 anti-abrasion concrete is 28 days old.
