心理护理对冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗及睡眠质量影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Clinical Treatment and Sleep Quality of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的:深入研究对冠心病心绞痛患者实施心理护理后,患者睡眠质量改善情况。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月平原县第一人民医院心内科收治的冠心病心绞痛患者170例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组85例。观察组给予心理护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。分析比较2组患睡眠质量改善情况。结果:干预后,观察组睡眠质量改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上对冠心病心绞痛患者实施心理护理干预,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To in-depth study the improvement of sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 170 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to First People's Hospital of Pingyuan County from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,85 cases in each group.The psychological care intervention group was the observation group,and the routine care intervention group was the control group.Compare the improvement of sleep quality between the two groups.Results:After the end of intervention,the improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical psychological nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and angina can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,so the program is worthy of promotion.
