帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Paroxetine in the Treatment of Sleep Disorder after Cerebral Apoplexy

目的:研究帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月福建省立金山医院收治的脑卒中睡眠障碍患者46例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组23例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组给予帕罗西汀治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组的睡眠效率、睡眠质量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为脑卒中睡眠障碍患者应用帕罗西汀治疗,可改善患者的睡眠障碍,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To study the effect of paroxetine in the treatment of sleep disorders after cerebral apoplexy.Methods:A total of 46 patients with stroke sleep disorders admitted to Fujian Jinshan Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug therapy,and the observation group was given paroxetine treatment.Results:After treatment,the sleep efficiency and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of paroxetine in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients with sleep disorders can improve the patients'sleep disorders and improve the therapeutic effect.
