肾康注射液对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Shenkang Injection on Renal Function and Sleep Quality in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:研究肾康注射液对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月唐山市丰南区医院肾内科收治的慢性肾脏病患者112例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用肾康注射液治疗。比较2组患者治疗后肾功能指标血肌酐、血尿素氮及蛋白尿的变化;同时采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评定2组患者睡眠质量。结果:治疗后肾功能指标血肌酐、血尿素氮及蛋白尿观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病患者效果良好,可提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effects of Shenkang injection on renal function and sleep quality in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 112 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to the Department of Nephrology in the Fifth Department of Tangshan Fengnan District Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected randomly.They were divided into control group and observation group with 56 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shenkang injection added.The changes in renal function indexes,including blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and proteinuria were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess the sleep quality of the two groups.Results:After treatment was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenkang injection has a good effect on patients with chronic kidney disease and can improve their sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
