冠心病合并失眠、糖尿病患者血脂检验的临床价值与检验结果研究

Study on Clinical Value and Results of Blood Lipid Test of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Insomnia and Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨冠心病伴有失眠、糖尿病患者实施血脂检验的临床价值以及获得的检验结果。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年2月福建霞浦县医院检验科收治的冠心病伴有失眠、糖尿病患者108例作为观察组;选取健康体检者108例作为对照组;针对2组检验对象的空腹血液实施采集,就血脂指标进行检查,最终就结果数据展开对比。结果:观察组冠心病伴有失眠、糖尿病患者血脂指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对此通过开展血脂检验工作,能够就冠心病伴有失眠、糖尿病进行有效诊断以及鉴别,从而对于治疗方案辅助依据提供保证。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value and results of blood lipid test in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus with insomnia.Methods:A total of 108 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia and diabetes admitted to the laboratory of Xiapu County Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group;A total of 108 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The fasting blood of the two groups of test subjects was collected,and the blood lipid indexes were checked.Finally,the result data were compared.Results:The blood lipid indexes of patients with coronary heart disease with insomnia in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:By carrying out blood lipid test,we can effectively diagnose and distinguish coronary heart disease with insomnia and diabetes,so as to provide a guarantee for the auxiliary basis of treatment plan.
