探究右佐匹克隆治疗急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效及安全性

Objective to Explore the Efficacy and Safety of Dexzopiclone in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders after Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者采用右佐匹克隆治疗的效果及安全性。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年9月邢台市人民医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采用黛力新进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合右佐匹克隆,比较临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后神经(NIHSS)功能评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)质量评分比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组抑郁(HAMD)评分、焦虑(SAS)评分比对照组低,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率7.50%(3/40)与对照组10.00%(4/40)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,给予急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者右佐匹克隆,可改善睡眠质量,降低神经功能损伤程度,改善负性情绪,用药安全有效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of dexzopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke.Methods:From March 2019 to September 2020,80 patients with sleep disorder after acute ischemic stroke were selected as the subjects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Delixin.The observation group combined right zopicron to compare clinical efficacy.Results:The scores of nerve(NIHSS)function and sleep(PSQI)quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of depression(HAMD)and anxiety(SAS)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%(3/40)compared with 10.00%(4/40)in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,right zopiclone can improve sleep quality,reduce the degree of neurological impairment,improve negative emotions,and is safe and effective.
