宣痹养心调肝法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛失眠症的效果观察

Effect of Xuanbi Yangxin tiaogan Method on Insomnia with Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析采用中医宣痹养心调肝法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛失眠症患者的临床效果。方法:选取2017年10月至2020年10月昌平区沙河医院收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛失眠症患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用西医常规方案进行治疗;观察组在常规西医方案基础上,加用中医宣痹养心调肝法进行治疗。比较2组患者冠心病稳定型心绞痛失眠症治疗总有效率、睡眠状态恢复正常时间和临床治疗总时间、药物不良反应。结果:观察组患者冠心病稳定型心绞痛失眠症治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);睡眠状态恢复正常时间和临床治疗总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.00%显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病稳定型心绞痛失眠症患者采用中医宣痹养心调肝法进行治疗,能够迅速改善患者的睡眠状态,减少药物不良反应,缩短治疗时间。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xuanbi Yangxin tiaogan therapy on insomnia patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with stable angina pectoris and insomnia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the observation group was treated with Xuanbi Yangxin tiaogan method on the basis of conventional western medicine.The total effective rate,sleep state recovery time,clinical treatment time and adverse reactions caused by medication were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,higher than 72.5%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of sleep state and the total time of clinical treatment were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 20.00%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of insomnia patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by Xuanbi Yangxin tiaogan method can quickly improve the sleep state of patients,reduce adverse drug reactions and shorten the treatment time.
