米氮平联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗伴睡眠障碍的老年焦虑症患者的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Mirtazapine Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Elderly Patients with Anxiety Disorder Associated with Sleep

目的:探究米氮平联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗伴睡眠障碍的老年焦虑症患者的疗效。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年12月中山市人民医院收治的老年焦虑症患者72例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组实施米氮平治疗,观察组实施米氮平联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,采用统计学方法对2组结果进行对照比较。结果:2组中观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对伴睡眠障碍的老年焦虑症患者实施米氮平联合重复经颅磁刺激具有良好疗效,可有效改善其临床症状。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of mirtazapine combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of elderly patients with anxiety disorder associated with sleep.Methods:A total of 72 elderly patients with anxiety disorder admitted to Zhongshan People's Hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mirtazapine,and the observation group was treated with mirtazapine combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation.The results of the two groups were compared by statistical methods.Results:The clinical efficacy of observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mirtazapine combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has a good effect on elderly anxiety patients with sleep disorders,and can effectively improve their clinical symptoms.
