手术室舒适护理对子宫肌瘤剥除术患者睡眠及疼痛的影响

Influence of Comfortable Nursing in Operating Room for Sleep and Pain of Patients with Hysteromyomectomy

目的:分析研究手术室舒适护理对子宫肌瘤剥除术患者睡眠质量及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2019年1至12月联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院的子宫肌瘤剥除术患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行手术室舒适护理。比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量[睡眠状况自评量表(SSRS)]及疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]。结果:护理后观察组的PSQI评分及VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室舒适护理服务可显著改善子宫肌瘤剥除术患者的睡眠质量,缓解其疼痛程度,值得在临床推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze and study the influence of comfort nursing in operating room for sleep quality and pain degree of patients with hysteromyomectomy.Methods:A total of 74 patients with hysteromyomectomy in Joint Logistics Support Force No.900 Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 37 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group were with routine nursing measures,the observation group were with comfort nursing measures in operating room.Then the sleep quality[Self-Rating Scale of Sleep(SSRS)]and pain degree[Visual analogy score]of two groups before and after the nursing were compared.Results:The PSQI score and VAS score of observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing service in the operating room can significantly improve sleep quality and relieve the degree of pain of patients with hysteromyomectomy,so it is worth clinical popularizing and applying.
