康复治疗仪对改善初产妇产后睡眠质量的作用

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy Instrument on Improving Postpartum Sleep Quality of Primiparas

目的:探讨康复治疗仪对改善初产妇产后睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年10月德州陵城区人民医院产一科收治的在我院分娩的初产妇70例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组接受常规产后康复管理,观察组在此基础上加用康复治疗仪,比较分析2组产后睡眠质量等指标。结果:治疗7 d后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分为(11.4±1.3)分,对照组PSQI评分为(14.3±3.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组PSQI评分为(5.4±1.0)分,对照组PSQI评分为(10.3±2.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.7%,低于对照组的8.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用康复治疗仪对初产妇进行产后干预效果理想,能有效提升初产妇睡眠质量,且安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation therapy instrument on improving postpartum sleep quality of primiparas.Methods:A total of 70 primiparas who delivered in Lingcheng District People's Hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum rehabilitation management,and the observation group received rehabilitation treatment instrument on the basis of routine postpartum rehabilitation management.Postpartum sleep quality and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group was(11.4±1.3),and that of the control group was(14.3±3.5),P<0.05.After 14 days of treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was(5.4±1.0),and that of the control group was(10.3±2.2),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was 5.7%in the observation group and 8.6%in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of postpartum intervention with rehabilitation treatment instrument is ideal,which can effectively improve the sleep quality of primipara,and has good safety,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
