实习护生对营养知-信-行和对昏迷患者营养照护意愿的调查

Investigation and Analysis of Nursing Students'Nutritional Knowledge-Letter-to Coma Patients

目的:了解实习护生对营养知识态度行为的现状以及对昏迷患者的喂养意愿,为今后护理实习生营养教育,特别是昏迷患者营养方面提供参考依据。方法:主要采取调查问卷的研究方法,对漳州市某三级甲等综合性医院500名实习护生进行营养知信行调查。结果:营养知识知晓率54.60%,营养态度积极率86.3%。健康行为采纳率42.2%;昏迷患者营养照护意愿率为59.20%。说明实习护士的营养知-信-行和对昏迷患者的营养照护意愿需进一步提高。结论:实习护生营养知识的水平不仅关乎自己的身体健康,与患者病情的转归也密切相关。当前在该医院实习的护理实习生营养知-信-行现状有待提高,有必要加强实习护生营养知识教育,提高他们的知-信-行水平,从而提高护理质量,促进患者疾病早日康复。

Objective:To understand the status quo of nursing students'attitude towards the nutritional knowledge of coma patients,so as to provide a reference for the nutritional education of nursing interns in the future,especially the nutrition of coma patients.Methods:A total of 500 nursing students were investigated by questionnaire in a class a general hospital in zhangzhou city.Results:The knowledge rate of nutrition was XXX,and the attitude of nutrition was good,up to 86.3%.There are certain nutritional behavioral problems.Conclusion:The level of nutritional knowledge of nursing students is not only related to their health,but also closely related to the outcome of complicated diseases.The current situation of nursing interns'nutritional knowledge,knowledge and practice in this hospital needs to be improved,so it is necessary to strengthen the nutritional knowledge education of nursing interns and improve their level of knowledge,knowledge and practice,so as to promote the early recovery of patients'diseases and guide nursing interns themselves and patients to have a healthy lifestyle in the future.
