肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的静脉输液细节护理的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Detailed Nursing Care of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis and Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:探讨在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者静脉输液时给予细节护理的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月济宁第四人民医院传染科收治的肝硬化合并上消化道出血的患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在静脉输液的过程中实施细节护理,分析比较2组患者的睡眠质量评分、出血次数及护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组的睡眠质量评分和出血次数低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者进行静脉输液细节护理可有效提高患者睡眠质量,减少出血次数,提高护理满意度,建议临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of detailed nursing care in patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 82 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were admitted to Jining Fourth People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into a observation group and a control group,with 41 cases in each.The control group took conventional nursing measures,and the observation group implemented detailed nursing during the intravenous infusion,compare sleep quality score,bleeding times and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the sleep quality score and bleeding times of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing effect of intravenous infusion for patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve sleep quality,reduce the number of bleeding and improve nursing satisfaction,and is recommended for clinical application.
