摘要
目的:探讨正念冥想在抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年6月淄博市第五人民医院收治的抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者87例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=43)。2组均实施精神病常规护理,观察组联合正念冥想训练。护理4周后,以抑郁评价量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评价量表(PSQI)作为评价工具评价2组患者的抑郁程度及睡眠质量。结果:观察组SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSQI各维度及总分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正念冥想训练应用于抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者效果肯定,有助于缓解抑郁程度,改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness meditation in patients with depression and sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 87 patients with depression and sleep disorder were randomly divided into observation group 44 and control group 43.Both groups carried out routine psychiatric care,and the observation group combined with mindfulness meditation training.Four weeks after the intervention,the depression evaluation scale(SDS)and the pittsburgh sleep quality index evaluation scale(PSQI)were used as evaluation tools to evaluate the degree of depression and sleep quality in the two groups.Results:The SDS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).PSQI dimensions and total scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of mindfulness meditation training in patients with depression and sleep disorder is positive,which is helpful to relieve depression and improve sleep quality.
