五苓散去桂加芍汤合生龙蛎治疗寒水内停型不寐1例

Wuling Sangogui Peony Decoction and Heshenglong Oyster in the Treatment of 1 Case of Incontinence in Cold Water

通过1例五苓散去桂加芍汤合生龙蛎治疗寒水内停型不寐的个案报道,拓展温阳利水法治疗不寐的临床新思路。五苓散在《伤寒论》中分别出现在太阳病篇、阳明病篇和霍乱病篇,但临床上广泛应用于因水湿内停而引起的一系列水液代谢异常疾病。桂枝调气分之气,而芍药调荣分之气,因此若水邪在气分则五苓散,若水邪在荣分则五苓散去桂加芍汤。本文从病因病机探析、组方用药和案例分析等角度着手,以五苓散去桂加芍汤为切入点,简析寒水内停型不寐的辨证论治思路,阐述审查病机和辨证论治对于治疗不寐的重要性。

Through a case report of Wuling Sangogui decoction and Radix Paeoniae Alba in the treatment of cold water indolence,the new clinical idea of wenyang and Li water therapy for insomnia was expanded.Wuling powder appears in the treatise on Februry,respectively,in the treatise on Februry,yangming disease and cholera,but it is widely used in clinical practice for a series of abnormal water-fluid metabolism diseases caused by incontinence of water and humidity.Guizhizhi qi,and peony rong qi,so if the water evil in the gas points wuling powder,if the water evil in rongfen wuling disperse GUI plus Peony soup.In this paper,from the etiology and pathogenesis analysis,prescription and case analysis,taking Wuling Sangogui and Paeoniae Decoction as the entry point,the author briefly analyzed the idea of syndrome differentiation for treatment of cold water instopped insomnia,and expounded the importance of reviewing the pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation for treatment of insomnia.
