壳聚糖/氧化石墨烯/甘油复合膜在多溶液驱动下的形状记忆效应研究

摘要 氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合材料在生物复合材料的特征上可以表现出优良的宏观性能,但是针对壳聚糖/氧化石墨烯复合膜材料领域关于在形状记忆功能方面的研究相对较少。本文采用甘油作为增塑剂,通过溶液共混法制备了不同比例的壳聚糖/氧化石墨烯/甘油复合膜,探究了用不同溶液进行驱动时其形状记忆效应的变化情况,并对其吸水能力、溶胀能力和溶解能力进行了表征,实验证明,氧化石墨烯含量2%的复合膜在蒸馏水、PBS缓冲液、生理盐水中的形状记忆回复率最高,可达100%,同时也兼具较高的吸水率和溶胀率以及在蒸馏水中浸泡72 h的溶解度仅有6.29%。 Graphene oxide/chitosan composites is a superimposed on the biological characteristics of the composite nanometer materials,the advantages of the structure of the material parameters and composite effect to get the full play,so as to show the best of the macro performance,however,in view of the chitosan/graphene oxide composite membrane materials on the shape memory function in the field of research are relatively few.In this paper,using glycerol as plasticizer,prepared by solution blending method with different proportions of chitosan/graphene oxide/glycerol(CS/GO/GL)composite membrane,explores the use a different solution to drive the change of the shape memory effect,and the water absorption ability,had been used to characterize the swelling power and solubility,experiments have proved that CS/GO/GL composite membrane(CS/GO=100/2)shape memory effect is best,and at the same time with high water absorption and swelling rate and low solubility.
