摘要
本文利用电化学沉积法将掺杂有氧化石墨烯的聚吡咯沉积在活性碳布上,获得了一系列不同氧化石墨烯掺杂程度的氧化石墨烯改性聚吡咯-活性碳布柔性复合材料。采用电化学方法研究复合材料构筑的超级电容器的赝电容行为。研究表明掺杂氧化石墨烯后的复合物构筑的超级电容器电容性能有显著提升。随着氧化石墨烯掺杂量的提高,复合物的质量比电容先增加后减小。这归因于复合物掺杂少量的氧化石墨烯时可以改善聚吡咯的导电性和微观形貌,使得复合材料的质量比电容显著提高。
In this paper,polypyrrole doped with Graphene oxide(GO)was deposited on activated carbon cloth by electrochemical deposition method.Then A series of GO modified polypyrrole-activated carbon cloth flexible composite materials with different doping degrees of GO were obtained.The pseudo-capacitance behavior of composite supercapacitors is studied by electrochemical method.The results show that the capacitive properties of the supercapacitors constructed by the composite doped with GO are significantly improved.With the improvement of graphene oxide doped quantity,the mass specific capacitance of the composite materials climb up and then decline.This is due to the fact that doping a small amount of GO with the composite improves the conductivity and micromorphology of the polypyrrole,resulting in a significant increase in specific capacitance.
