包装行业润版及洗胶废水处理改造工程设计

摘要 通过改造包装行业润版及洗胶废水处理系统流程、设备及仪表,确定“混凝沉淀预处理+A2/O”的处理工艺,出水满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962-2015)中B等级标准和《油墨工业水污染物排放标准》(GB/T25463-2010)。混凝投加碱、PAC和PAM,混凝出水pH需控制在7~8。生化系统厌氧、缺氧和好氧设计负荷分别为2 kgCOD/m^(3)*d、0.6 kgCOD/m^(3)*d、0.25 kgCOD/m^(3)*d,好氧池DO控制在3~4左右。达到为其他类似项目设计、调试和运行提供技术参考。 The process of“coagulation and precipitation pretreatment+A2/O”treatment was determined by reforming the process,equipment and instruments of the packaging industry embellishment and rubber washing wastewater treatment system.and the effluent met the B class standard in the“Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewer Water Quality Standard”(GB/T31962-2015)and the“Ink Industrial Water Pollutant Discharge Standard”(GB/T25463-2010).Add alkali,PAC and PAM in the coagulation,and the pH of the coagulation water should be controlled at 7~8.Anaerobic,anoxic and aerobic design loads of the biochemical system were 2 kgCOD/m^(3)*d,0.6 kgCOD/m^(3)*d and 0.25 kgCOD/m^(3)*d respectively,and the aerobic pool DO was controlled at about 3~4.To provide technical reference for other similar project design,debugging and operation.
