摘要
本研究利用功能性菌剂构建出新型反硝化系统。通过观察功能性菌剂在不同浓度的硝酸盐废水中的生长情况与性能参数,总结该系统的启动规律以及性能优势。结果表明:废水中硝酸盐浓度越高,功能菌生长越缓慢,污泥产率系数越少。功能性菌剂在运行过程中具有亚硝酸盐累积量少,泥量少的特点,并且其污泥反硝化速率达到63~123 mg/(g MLSS·h)远远高于常见的活性污泥。微生物群落结构分析发现由功能菌剂形成的污泥微生物种群丰富,且含有50%以上的反硝化菌。
This study used functional bacterial agents to construct a denitrification system.By observing the growth situations and performance parameters of functional bacterial agents in different concentrations of nitrate wastewater,the started laws and performance advantages of those systems were summarized.Results indicated that:(1)the higher the nitrate concentration in the wastewater,the longer the growth time of the functional bacteria and the lower the sludge yield coefficient.(2)Less nitrite accumulated and less sluge produced in this denitrification system and the denitrification rate of 63~123 mg/(g MLSS·h)was higher than that of activated sludge.(3)Analysis of microbial community revealed that the sludge with high species diversity index was formed by functional bacterial agents,containing more than 50%denitrifying bacteria.
