随着城市更新(旧村改造)的推进,越来越多工业企业陆续搬迁、停产或转型,土地用途变更后,城市更新项目(旧村改造)土壤污染状况调查需依法开展。本文阐述了土壤污染状况调查的工作流程、基本方法,进一步介绍了适合城市更新项目(旧村改造)土壤污染状况调查的实践经验,以供参考。

With the advancement of urban renewal,more and more industrial enterprises have been relocated,stopped production or transformed.According to the law,the investigation of soil contamination for urban renewal project should be carried out after the change of land use.This paper expounds the working process and basic methods of the investigation of soil contamination,and further introduces the practical experience of the investigation of soil contamination for urban renewal projects,just for reference.
