中药挥发油治疗心血管系统疾病的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Volatile Oils in Treating Cardiovascular Diseases

心血管系统疾病是一类与循环系统有关的疾病,成为全球人类死亡的主要原因,其中包括动脉粥样硬化和心力衰竭等心血管疾病正在威胁越来越多人的生命和健康。挥发油是许多中药材的有效成分,在疾病的预防和治疗过程中具有普遍的应用。现代医学研究发现,挥发油除具有解热、抗菌、抗炎等功能之外,还有改善心血管功能、提高机体免疫力、降血脂等功效。目前,艳山姜、高良姜、当归、川芎、肉桂等中药挥发油对心血管系统疾病的治疗受到广泛关注,本综述就上述中药挥发油在心血管疾病治疗中的研究展开综述。

Cardiovascular disease is a kind of diseases related to the circulatory system,which has become the main cause of human death in the world,in which cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and heart failure are threatening the lives and health of more and more people.Volatile oil is an effective component of many traditional Chinese medicine,which is widely used in the prevention and treatment of diseases.Modern medical research has found that volatile oil not only has antipyretic,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and other functions,but also improve cardiovascular function,enhance immunity,reduce blood lipids and other functions.At present,Fructus Alpinia zerumbet,Alpinia Officinaruim Hance,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Cortex Cinnamoni and other volatile oils of traditional Chinese medicine have received widespread attention in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.This review summarizes the research on the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
