摘要
放射治疗是临床上胸部恶性肿瘤的重要治疗方法,特别是强调综合治疗的今天,占据着越来越重要的地位。肿瘤组织接受照射的剂量越高肿瘤局部控制率越高,但是随着剂量的增加,肿瘤旁正常组织所受到的剂量也越大,特别是肺部随着受照体积的增大和剂量的增加发生放射性肺炎(radiation pneumonia,RP)的几率也就越大,制约了肿瘤局部剂量的提高,使治疗效果不满意甚至终止治疗,严重时还会危及患者生命。如今随着技术的进步,临床上改进了对放射剂量的控制,在患者接受放射治疗的同时使放射性肺炎的发生率尽可能降低。放射治疗时,胸部放射剂量体积分数与胸部恶性肿瘤患者接受放射治疗发生放射性肺炎有相关性。本文就导致胸部肿瘤患者接受放射治疗时发生放射性肺炎的相关因素及治疗方法进行综述。
radiotherapy is an important treatment method for chest malignant tumor,especially in today's comprehensive treatment,which plays an increasingly important role.However,the higher the dose of radiation,the higher the tumor volume,The higher the probability of RP),which restricts the improvement of local dose of tumor,makes the therapeutic effect unsatisfactory or even terminate the treatment,and even endangers the life of patients in serious cases.Nowadays,with the progress of technology,the control of radiation dose has been improved in clinic,so that the incidence of radiation pneumonia can be reduced as much as possible while patients receive radiotherapy.During radiotherapy,the volume fraction of thoracic radiation dose was correlated with radiation pneumonitis in patients with thoracic malignant tumor.This paper analyzes the related factors of radiation pneumonitis in patients with chest tumor receiving radiotherapy.
