融合理念推动高水平创新型《无机及分析化学》课程师资建设的建议

摘要 无机及分析化学作为一门重要的学科基础课和学科专业课。师资队伍水平对本课程的教学效果具有重要影响。本文基于教师队伍建设的融合理念,从教师培养、教学管理和构建创新型教师队伍入手,讨论高素质和创新型无机及分析化学课程师资队伍的建设。为地方应用型本科高校相关院系和专业在新工科建设背景下提高教学质量和水平提供新的思考,也为其他专业师资队伍建设提供有益的借鉴。 Inorganic and analytical chemistry is an important course of basic subject and specialized course.The teaching staff has a profound influence on the teaching effect of this course.Based on the concept of integration,this paper discusses the construction of high-quality and innovative inorganic and analytical chemistry teachers from the aspects of teachers'moral construction,teacher training,teaching management and the construction of innovative teaching staff.It is expected to provide some new insight for the improvement of teaching quality of relevant departments and majors in local application-oriented undergraduate universities under the new background,and also to provide references for the construction of teaching staff in other majors.
