摘要
根据金属有机框架材料(MOF)衍生的多孔碳的特点,本工作以ZIF-8为前驱体制得氮掺杂多孔碳(NPC)。采用多种表征方式研究了NPC的结构和形貌特点,利用CV曲线研究了NPC的电催化活性,并将其作对电极组装了染料敏化太阳能电池。研究表明,NPC-900的性能最佳,获得了7.1%的光电转化效率,略低于Pt电极的光电转化效率(7.6%)。
The nitrogen doped porous carbon derived from the ZIF-8 was preparded based on the charateristics of MOF derivatives.The structure and morphology of NPC were studied by various characterization methods,the electrocatalytic activity of NPC was studied by CV curves.The dye-sensitized solar cell was assembled with the NPC as counter electrode and the research result showed that NPC-900 had the best performance,achieving a power conversion efficiency of 7.1%,slightly lower than that of Pt electrode(7.6%).
