摘要
5-甲基四氮唑是一类重要的有机合成中间体,在药物化学、材料科学以及配位化学等领域的应用非常广泛。本文主要以叠氮钠、乙腈为起始原料对5-甲基四氮唑的合成反应条件进行了研究。本研究中优化的合成方法能够更加高效地合成5-甲基四氮唑,具有原子经济性;同时,催化剂易于制备亦可回收重复利用,将有效地降低5-甲基四氮唑的规模化生产成本。
5-Methyl-1H-tertazole is an important intermediate of organic synthesis,which is widely used in the fields of medicinal chemistry,materials science and coordination chemistry.In this paper,sodium azide and acetonitrile were used as material.The reaction conditions were optimized to synthesize 5-methyl-1H-tertazole with high efficiency and atomic economy.Meanwhile,the catalyst is easy to prepare and can be recycled,which greatly reduces the production cost.
