摘要
概述了玻色因的合成工艺对立体结构的影响及立体结构对生物活性的影响。通过重复与欧莱雅文献相同的合成工艺结合其相关专利,得出玻色因(β,S)构型在化合物中比例越高,生物活性越好,同时也证明HPLC中出峰顺序靠前的为S非对映异构体,即符合“前大后小”比例的玻色因功效更好。
The influence of synthetic route on stereochemical features and stereostructure on biological activity of Pro-Xylane were summarized.It is concluded that the higher the proportion of(β,S)in the compound,the better the biological activity by repeating the same synthesis route as in the L'Oréal literature and its related patents.It also proves the retention time of S diastereoisomer in HPLC is shorter,that is,Pro-Xylane with a ratio of"big front and small back"has better efficacy.
