提高化工专业课老师教学能力的探究

Study on Improving the Teachers’Teaching Ability of Chemical Engineering Courses

化工专业的实践性和应用性较强,教师的授课方式及方法对授课效果有较大的影响。本文从课前充分备课,教学资源充分利用以及课后及时总结反思三方面入手对如何提高化工专业课老师的教学能力进行了充分的论述。化工专业课老师在具备一定的理论知识的基础上,通过一定的方法和渠道才能够提高授课效果。

The chemical engineering specialty has strong practicality and applicability,and the teaching methods have great influence on the teaching effect.This paper discusses how to improve the teachers’teaching ability from three aspects:full preparation before class,full utilization of teaching resources and timely summary and reflection after class.On the basis of certain theoretical knowledge,the teaching effect of the chemical courses will be improved through certain teaching methods and channels.
