摘要
本文以“银杏叶总黄酮的提取”实验项目为例,利用不同的提取方法,初步开展了自主性实验教学模式的实施方案和考核评价,研究表明该教学模式教学效果良好,能够增强学生的综合能力,为改善天然药物化学实验教学效果提供参考。
In this paper,the implementation scheme and assessment of the autonomous experimental teaching mode was carried out,basing on the experiment“extraction of total flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves”with different extraction methods.The research showed that the teaching effect of this mode was good,the comprehensive ability of students was enhanced,and also provided a reference for improving the teaching effect of natural medicine chemistry experiments.
