新时代高校班主任队伍建设与思考——以商洛学院化学工程与现代材料学院为例

The Construction and Thinking of the Head Teacher Team in Colleges in the New Era:Taking the College of Chemical Engineering and Modern Materials of Shangluo University as an Example

新时代高校班主任工作面临新的机遇,同时也带来了新的挑战。目前高校班主任作为高校全员全程全方位育人的重要组成部分,必须要根据高校工作特点,进一步加强队伍建设、提升班主任的综合能力。本文以商洛学院化学工程与现代材料学院为例,调研当前高校班主任队伍的建设与管理现状,并对队伍建设中存在的问题进行了剖析,在实践过程中探索班主任队伍建设的工作体系。

In the new era,the work of head teachers in colleges and universities faces new opportunities and challenges.At present as an important part of all-round education,the head teacher in colleges and universities must further strengthen the team building and enhance the comprehensive ability of the head teacher according to the characteristics of the work in colleges and universities.Taking the College of Chemical Engineering and Modern Materials of Shangluo University as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of the construction and management of the headteacher team in colleges and universities,analyzes the problems existing in the team construction,and explores the working system of the team construction in the process of practice.
