地方医学院校制药工程专业应用型人才培养模式探讨

Study on Training Mode for Application-Oriented Graduates of Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty in Local Medical Colleges

受传统办学理念影响,制药工程专业在地方医学院校中的发展局限性较大。赣南医学院制药工程专业结合地方产业优势,根据自身情况通过优化顶层设计、建立规章制度、引进工科人才、提高课堂质量、加强实践教学等一系列措施探索一条赣医特色应用型人才培养模式,为同层次院校制药工程人才培养提供借鉴参考。

Influenced by the traditional school-running concepts,the development of pharmaceutical engineering speciality in local medical colleges and universities is relatively limited.Combining with the advantages of local industries,pharmaceutical engineering of Gannan Medical University has explored a training mode for application-oriented graduates with its own characteristics by optimizing the top-level design,establishing rules and regulations,introducing engineering professionals,improving classroom instruction quality and strengthening practical teaching based on its conditions.That can provide reference for training of pharmaceutical engineering students in colleges and universities at the same level.
