分子生物学技术是检测转基因农产品的主要技术手段。随着转基因农产品逐渐走进人们的生活,转基因农产品检测技术已成为了生物类和食品类专业本科学生需要掌握的重要技能。本文阐述了在分子生物学课程中开设转基因农产品检测实验存在的问题,分析了虚拟仿真实验项目的优势并提出了项目建设的思路。

Molecular biology technology is the main technical method to detect transgenic agricultural products.With the introduction of transgenic agricultural products into people's life,the detection technology of transgenic agricultural products has become an important skill for undergraduate students majoring in biology and food science.This paper expounds the problems existing in setting up the detection experiment of transgenic agricultural products in molecular biology course,analyzes the advantages of virtual simulation experiment project and puts forward the idea of project construction.
