摘要
本文叙述了国内发酵工程工艺原理课程现状及教改的必要性,详细阐述了优化理论教学内容和改革教学方法;加大实践教学力度,优化实验教学内容等。结果表明,通过一系列的教改,取得了优良的教学效果,本文以期为同仁提供一定的借鉴作用。
The current situation of the domestic fermentation engineering process principle course and the necessity of teaching reform were described in this paper.The optimization of theoretical teaching content and the reform of teaching methods,the strengthening of practical teaching,the optimization of experimental teaching content were expounded in detail and so on.The results show that through a series of teaching reform excellent teaching results have been achieved.This paper is intended to provide some reference for colleagues.
