摘要
为研究坡缕石/铟复合纳米添加剂对润滑油摩擦性能的影响,选取精炼菜籽油作为基础油,分别对加入不同配比添加剂的试油进行四球摩擦磨损试验机的极压试验和长磨试验。结果表明,当坡缕石/铟复合纳米添加剂在润滑油中的配比为1.5%时,润滑体系的摩擦性能最佳,与基础油相比,无卡咬最大负荷PB值提高了30.77%,烧结负荷PD值提高了一倍,磨斑直径WSD降低了32%,摩擦系数μ降低了17.24。
In order to study the effect of Palygorskite/indium composite nano additive on the tribological properties of lubricating oil, refined rapeseed oil was selected as base oil, and the extreme pressure test and long wear test of four ball friction and wear tester were carried out on the test oil with different additives. The results show that when the ratio of Palygorskite/indium composite nano additive in lubricating oil is 1.5 %, the friction performance of the lubricating system is the best. Compared with the base oil, the maximum load PB without seizure is increased by 30.77 %, the sintering load PD value is doubled, the wear spot diameter WSD is reduced by 32 %, and the friction coefficient μ is reduced by 17.24.
