摘要
本文对苯酰菌胺的合成工艺进行研究,确定了五步法的合成路线。以3,5-二氯-4-甲基苯甲酸、3-氨基-3-甲基-1-戊炔、三氯异氰尿酸等原料,经酰氯化、酰胺化、异构合环、氯化、水解成功合成苯酰菌胺。提供一种易于工业化的生产工艺,按此工艺合成了五批次产品,结果证明工艺稳定,产品含量大于98%,总收率达到70%,该工艺简单经济,条件温和,适合工业化生产。
The synthetic process of zoxamide was studied, and a five-step synthetic route was determined. zoxamide was synthesized from 3,5-dichloro-4-methylbenzoic acid, 3-amino-3-methyl-1-pentynes and trichloroisocyanuric acid by acylation, amidation, isomeric cyclization, chlorination and hydrolysis. The results show that the process is stable, the product content is more than 98 %, the total yield is up to 70 %, the process is simple and economical, the conditions are mild, and it is suitable for industrial production.
