高温气田水优选管材实验研究

摘要 采用浸泡实验和电化学实验研究了3Cr、9Cr、L360钢和不锈钢304四种管材在某气田A区块Ⅰ井高温模拟污水中的腐蚀特征。实验结果表明,3Cr钢、9Cr钢和不锈钢304在体系中的腐蚀电池受阳极极化控制,腐蚀速率较低。浸泡实验结果也表明这三种管材腐蚀速率很低,且均远低于0.076 mm/a。所以这三种管材适用于在现场的环境下使用。 The corrosion characteristics of four kinds of pipes, 3 Cr, 9 Cr, L360 steel and stainless steel 304 in the high temperature simulated sewage of well I in a block A of a gas field were studied by immersion experiment and electrochemical experiment. The experimental results show that the corrosion cells of 3 Cr steel, 9 Cr steel and stainless steel 304 in the system are controlled by anode polarization, and the corrosion rate is low. The immersion test results also show that the corrosion rate of these three pipes is very low, and they are all far below 0.076 mm/a. So these three kinds of pipes are suitable for use in the on-site environment.
