摘要
抗冲击改性剂粉尘生产过程中,闪蒸工艺、流化工艺、干燥工艺、物料输送、包装的工艺过程中会产生扬尘,在车间、输送管道和设备内部可形成粉尘爆炸性危险环境。本文以某抗冲击改性剂粉尘企业为研究对象,提出预防和控制抗冲击改性剂粉尘爆炸和火灾的设计方法。
In the production process of anti-impact modifier dust, the flashing process, fluidization process, drying process, material transportation, packaging process will generate dust, which can form a dust explosive environment in the workshop, transportation pipeline and equipment. This paper takes an anti-impact modifier dust enterprise as the research object, and proposes a design method to prevent and control anti-impact modifier dust explosion and fire.
