反渗透净水器整机卫生安全不合格原因分析及改进建议

Analysis and Suggestion of the Unqualified Health and Safety Item for Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier

整机卫生安全不合格是反渗透净水器产品监督抽查中最常见的问题之一,本文通过对6批次不合格净水器首次使用前预冲洗条件对整机、反渗透膜(RO)及膜后主要零部件卫生安全指标影响的研究,分析了整机卫生安全不合格原因,提出了改进建议并进行了初步验证。

The unqualified health and safety item was one of the most common issues in the supervision of reverse osmosis water purifier. The influence of prerinse condition for whole machine, reverse osmosis membrane(RO) and main parts after RO were studied with six batches of unqualified water purifiers. The unqualified causes were analyzed, suggestions for improvement were put forward and preliminary verification was carried out.
