摘要
以无水乙醇作为溶剂,在检测波长274 nm的条件下,建立了一种用紫外-可见分光光度计快速检测辅酶Q10含量的方法。以辅酶Q10标准品质量浓度(C)为横坐标,以不同浓度标准品的吸光度测量值(A)为纵坐标建立标准曲线,得线性回归方程为:y=0.0251x-0.0053,R2=0.9996,在1.02~25.50μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系。且该方法具有精密度高、稳定性和重现性好等优点。
Anhydrous ethanol as solvent, detection wavelength at 274 nm, a method for measuring the content of coenzyme Q10was established by UV-vis spectrophotometry. Using the standard quality concentration of Coenzyme Q10(C) as the abscissa, and the absorbance measurement value(A) of the standards of different concentrations as the ordinate to establish a standard curve, the linear regression equation was y=0.0251 x-0.0053, R2=0.9996. It shows a good linear relationship in the range of 1.02~25.50 μg/mL. This method has the advantages of high precision, good stability and reproducibility.
