摘要
目的:评价不同溶剂和不同处理方法对当归提取物所含化学成分的影响。方法:采用超声辅助提取方法,分别选用甲醇和正己烷作为溶剂,在不同超声时间条件下提取当归化学成分。利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合NIST数据库、对照品及质谱裂解规律等鉴定各提取物中成分,并计算指标成分的相对百分含量,综合评价提取方法。结果:通过综合评价及验证实验,可知采用甲醇超声提取15 min效果较好,共鉴定33个化合物,Z-藁本内酯的相对百分含量为46.70%。结论:本研究进一步明确当归所含化学成分,为其质量控制和药效物质研究提供参考。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of different solvents and treatment methods on the chemical components of the extracts of Angelica sinensis. Methods: The chemical constituents of Angelica sinensis were extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction method with methanol and n-hexane under different ultrasonic time. The components in the extracts were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) combined with NIST database, reference substance and mass spectrometry fragmentation rules, and the relative percentage content of index components was calculated to comprehensively evaluate the extraction method. Results: Through comprehensive evaluation and validation experiments, it was found that the effect of ultrasonic extraction with methanol for 15 min was better, and 33 compounds were identified. The relative percentage content of Z-ligustilide was 46.70 %. Conclusion: This study furtherly clarified the chemical constituents of Angelica sinensis, and provided reference for its quality control and effective substances research.
