摘要
在pH为3.0时,Fe(Ⅲ)和K4[Fe(CN)6]生成普鲁士蓝离子缔合物,体系在335 nm处呈现较强的共振散射效应(IRS)。加入卡托普利后,卡托普利分子中的巯基可还原Fe(Ⅲ)为Fe(Ⅱ),导致体系的共振散效应减弱,且随着卡托普利浓度的增加,体系335 nm处共振散射强度呈线性下降,在卡托普利浓度为0.01~1.50μg/mL范围内,线性回归方程为ΔIRS=901.07ρ+334.94,相关系数(R)为0.9989,体系的检出限(3σ/k)为1.33 ng/mL。用于药物中卡托普利的含量测定,结果满意。
Prussian blue presents strong resonance scattering effect under weak acidity condition with a strong resonance scattering peak at 335 nm. Captopril contains a sulfhydryl group that can reduce Fe3+ in the ion association of Prussian blue to Fe2+ which results in the decreasing of the resonance scattering effect of Prussian blue, The experiments showed that the decreasing value(ΔΙRS) at 335 nm is proportional to the content of captopril in a range of 0.01~1.50 μg/mL. A new method of resonance scattering spectroscopy for the determination of captopril was established in the paper. The linear regression formula is ΔIRS=901.07ρ+334.94. The correlation coefficient and the detection limits are 0.9989 and 1.33 ng/mL. Obviously, this method can be used for the determination of captopril tabletsin the drug with satisfaction results.
