静态顶空-气相色谱/质谱分析“防感驱蚊”香囊中挥发性成分

摘要 采用静态顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析"防感驱蚊"香囊中挥发性化学成分,共分离出67种化合物,其中明确成分及结构的物质59种,占所有挥发性组份98.9%,其中含量占1%以上的组分共10种,含量较丰富的化学成分依次为樟脑(29%)、异龙脑(23%)和龙胆(23%),分析获得了"防感驱蚊"中挥发性化学成分的主要组成,为"防感驱蚊"香囊研究提供科学依据。 To analyze the volatile components in Fang Gan Qu Wen Xiangnang by static headspace GC/MS, there sixty-seven components were detected and fifty-nine main volatile components were identified, which accounted for 98.9 % of the total volatile components. The main volatile constituents were Camphor, Isoborneol and Gentiana, which accounted for 29 %, 23 % and 23 %, 10 kinds of volatile components were higher than 1 %. The main chemical constituents of volatile components in Fang Gan Qu Wen Xiangnang are analyzed and obtained,which provide scientific basis for the compatibility study of Fang Gan Qu Wen Xiangnang.
