无机相直接进样-ICP-OES法快速测定机动车辆制动液硼含量

摘要 机动车辆制动液样品经水稀释后,直接进入电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)中测定硼含量。方法在10~100mg/L硼浓度范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数达0.9999,硼的检出限为0.015 mg/L,回收率在80.82%~88.93%之间。本方法具有样品处理简单,结果准确等优点,适用于机动车辆制动液中硼含量的快速检测。 The brake fulids samples were diluted with water and then introduced into the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES). The results showed good linearity in the concentration range of 10~100 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The detection limit of phosphorus was 0.015 mg/L and the recoveries of brake fluids were 80.80 %~88.93 %. The ICP-OES measuring method was proved to be simple, reliable, and suitable for determination boron in motor brake fluids.
