摘要 在植物纤维化学实验教学中引入SPOC和"翻转课堂"的理念,进行了探索与实践。学生通过查阅文献、实验设计、动手操作、撰写论文等环节,培养他们分析问题和解决问题能力。结果显示,这种创新的教学方式可最大程度地启发学生对科学的好奇心、培养他们的创新能力。其结果可开启更多学科实验教学的改革之窗,并为之提供经验之鉴。 The novel experimental teaching of lignocellulosic chemistry was practiced and explored in Small Private Online Course(SPOC) combining with Flipped Classroom. The idea, method and characteristic of this teaching model were introduced. By reviewing literatures, designing experiments, carrying on the experimental plans, and writing papers, students deepened their basic knowledge and professional knowledge, and developed their abilities of analysis and figuring out problems. The results showed that student had great curiosity about their learning;and the innovative ability of students were furthest trained on widening their knowledge, developing their innovative skill. The results of the teaching practice could open experimental educational reform and provide some valuable experiences.
