Exploration on Ideological and Political Teaching of Food Hygiene Course in Food Quality and Sa fety Specialty

食品卫生学是食品质量与安全专业必修课,其中蕴含着诚信教育、法律教育、爱国主义教育、保护环境教育、责任担当教育等多种思政元素。本文初步探索利用现代化教学手段和方法,将教学内容和课程中的思政元素有机结合,在传授专业知识的同时实现立德树人的目标。

Food Hygiene is a compulsory course of food quality and safety specialty, which contains many elements of ideological and political education such as integrity education, law education, patriotism education, environmental protection education and responsibility education. This paper uses modern teaching devices and methods to integrate ideological and political elements into whole course teaching, so as to impart professional knowledge and improve the morality of students.
