摘要
实验室制备溴乙烷的过程中,常存在易挥发、废气对环境污染、反应不充分、易炭化、副产物多、颜色微黄等问题。本论文研究了当投料量固定14 mL 95%乙醇、10 mL水、24 mL浓硫酸和不同配比的溴化钾投入时制得溴乙烷的量、探究了实验装置过程中的时间统筹、改变反应物的不同配比的影响,引导学生在思考、探索,提升动手能力,同时鼓励学生参与文献资料的搜集,从多元化的角度,对实验进行改良,得出减小环境污染、提高产率的实用型实验方案。
In the process of producing bromoethane in the laboratory, there are many problems, such as volatilization, environmental pollution caused by waste gas, insufficient reaction, easy carbonization, many by-products and yellowish color. When inventory are studied in this paper a fixed 14 mL 95 % ethanol 24 mL, 10 m L water, concentrated sulfuric acid and different ratio of potassium bromide obtained when the amount of bromine ethane, explores the experiment device in the process of time as a whole, the influence of different ratio of reactant, guide students in thinking, to explore and solve problems at the same time, trains the student to consult literature material, improvement of the ability of experiment scheme, it is concluded that reducing environmental pollution, increase the production rate of practical experiment scheme.
