摘要
本文介绍了一种新型无磷水处理方案和控制技术,在南方某大型石油化工企业循环冷却水系统的应用情况,总结了适合南方沿海地区强腐蚀性水质处理的无磷水处理方案和控制导则,该处理方案在水系统日常运行浓缩倍数在8~10倍的条件下,仍可达到良好的防腐、阻垢、微生物控制效果,保障了各生产装置长周期安全稳定运行,并提高水的重复使用率,减少排放;取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
A new type of non-phosphorous program and monitor solution was introduced in this paper, which was used for cooling water treatment in one of large petrochemical plant in south China, it summarized the Non-P program and control guideline for strong corrosive type of water quality in south coastland of China. under the conditions of 8-10 times of high cycles, it have been achieved very good performance for the corrosion, scale and microbiological controls. Meanwhile, it ensured the process units under the long cycle safe and stable operation, Increased the water recycle rate and reduced the blowdown. Good economic and social benefits have been obtained as well.
