区域突发环境事件风险评估案例研究

A Case Study on Risk Assessment of Regional Environmental Emergencies

随着工业化程度的不断提高,高风险行业企业及油气管道建设数量与日俱增,在推动社会经济发展的同时,也带来了区域型环境风险问题,较单一企业不同,行政区域层面环境风险类型多样、结构复杂、风险场叠加作用显著、管理难度更大。本文以国内某行政区域为例,对区域内突发环境事件风险评估进行详细研究。

With the constant improvement of the level of industrialization, high risk industry enterprises and increasing the number of oil and gas pipeline construction, to promote social and economic development at the same time, also has brought the regional environmental risk problem, a single enterprise, various types of administrative regional environment risk, complicated structure, risk field superposition effect significantly, and management more difficult. This paper takes an administrative region of China as an example to conduct a detailed study on the risk assessment of environmental emergencies within the region.
