摘要
建立了氯化胆碱农药制剂中氯离子的离子色谱测定方法。选择250 mm×4.0 mm Dionex IonPac AS11-HC阴离子分析柱,用12 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液以1.0 mL/min的流速等度淋洗,出峰时间约在5.8 min。线性范围在0.3~3.0 mg/L之间,回归方程为y=0.0747x-0.0021,相关系数r=0.9996。精密度试验变异系数小于1.5%,准确度试验回收率大于99.4%。
The chloride ions in pesticide preparations were studied by ion chromatography(IC). Chloride ions were determined by 250 mm×4.0 mm Dionex Ion Pac AS11-HC anion analysis column, and washed with 12 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution at a constant rate of 1.0 m L/min. The retention time was probably at 5.8 min. The linear range is between 0.3 mg/L to 3.0 mg/L and the regression equation was y=0.0747 x-0.0021 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The coefficients of variation were less than 1.5 % and the recoveries were greater than 99.4 %, which showed high accuracy and precision.
